14 days to change your mind
Cancel within 14 days of paying and you get every penny back — no reason needed, and nothing to email. Press cancel on your billing page and the refund goes back to your card there and then.
After 14 days, cancelling stops the next payment and Pro keeps working until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Nothing you’ve collected is ever deleted.

The things people ask first
Does my PDF need to be fillable already?
Yes. DocoForm works with PDFs that have real form fields built in — the kind made in Acrobat or a similar tool. A scanned or flattened page has no fields to find, and we’ll tell you so as soon as you upload it rather than leaving you guessing.
Does the person filling it in need an account?
No. They open your link, fill the form, sign it and send it. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for, on a phone or a laptop.
Will my calculations still work?
Yes. The JavaScript already inside your PDF runs as it was written — totals, currency formatting, date formats and validation included. That’s the part most tools drop.
What do I get back?
The completed PDF, emailed to you with the answers filled in and no longer editable, plus every response in your dashboard where you can search them and export to a spreadsheet.
Can a form be signed by several people in turn?
Yes. Set the order of signees once, decide which fields belong to whom, and DocoForm passes the form along as each person finishes. Anyone can send it back a step with a reason, one step can be left open to whoever has your link, and the last signature produces the finished PDF.
Can I put the form on my own website?
Yes — every published form comes with embed code, so it sits inside your own page. On the Pro plan nothing of ours appears on it at all.
What if I pay and then change my mind?
Cancel within 14 days and you get a full refund, no reason needed. You don’t have to email anyone — press cancel on your billing page and the money goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days. After 14 days, cancelling stops the next payment and Pro carries on until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Where is my data kept?
Your forms and the responses to them are yours. We don’t sell them, we don’t use them to train anything, and closing your account deletes the lot. The privacy policy spells out exactly what’s stored and for how long.
